We Have Updated Our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

To ensure we provide the best care & availability for our patients, we require 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. It's easy todo using the link on your 3-day Text Reminder or your email appointment confirmation. Click the link and choose a better day or time for you! Or feel free to call the Spa directly and Kathy will take care of it!

•      The Policy: Appointment Reschedule, Cancellations and no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $100 fee.

•      Feeling Under the Weather? We understand that life happens! If you are sick, that fee won't go to waste. It can be applied toward your next appointment when you reschedule ASAP.
